The purpose of this Convention is to provide a formal framework for cooperation, to facilitate and intensify exchanges in the fields of management research, including international financial accounting and corporate governance. Collaboration may take the form of joint research projects; Reception of students in thesis writing; Hosting postdoctoral students; Joint publications; Joint organization of symposia and seminars; any other project initiated by either party..

The Management Research Group (GRM) is the Research Laboratory entirely devoted to Management Research (Section 06 of the CNU - Management Sciences) of the Institute of Business Administration (IAE), the Graduate School of Management of The Nice Sophia Antipolis University (Member of the Côte d'Azur University).

The GRM and the CIFO wishing to promote research and transfer of knowledge, agree on the following: to facilitate and intensify the exchanges already begun between the Parties, particularly in the fields of research in Management Sciences, in particular in International Financial Accounting and organizational governance.

This agreement is open to researchers and teachers-researchers from the participating institutions, who will see an interest in developing joint projects. In general, and depending on the financial resources available in each institution, collaboration may take the following forms: joint research projects; exchange of students in thesis writing; hosting postdoctoral students; joint publications; joint organization of symposia and seminars; any other project initiated by either party.
